Dr. Zándra Jackson-Bishop has more than 15 years of experience in executive search and in leadership positions with major nonprofit organizations. As a leading nonprofit executive search and management consultant, Zándra has consistently been successful in recruiting executives with functional expertise in operations, finance, human resources and talent management. She has accomplished the highest achievements in recruiting positions in fundraising, information technology, and marketing for nonprofit, faith-based, academic along with for-profit organizations.
Prior to joining Alex & Red, Zándra upheld positions as Senior Vice President of FaithSearch Partners, Inc as well as held prior leadership roles as Director of Operations, Business Development and Community Engagement with the Girl Scouts of San Jacinto and DePelchin Children’s Center.
Earlier in Zándra’s career, she served in program management and youth outreach positions with Crisis Intervention of Houston and St Stephen Community Center.
Zándra holds a Doctor of Business Management in Business and Organizational Leadership plus a Master’s in Business Management and Human Resources Management. Her professional certifications include Mindful Leadership from the Institute for Organizational Mindfulness; Hogan Assessment from Hogan Assessment Systems, Inc.; DISC assessment from John Maxwell Leadership; TeamSight/Style of Influence from TeamSight, Inc.; Volunteer Administration from the Council for Certification in Volunteer Administration; and Full Online Teaching and Learning with Adjunct Program Certifications from Lonestar College.
